This is feedback from one of my fellow students Sophie Masterman and I put my Podcast on Facebook and Sophie wrote on my Facebook page that she had learnt a lot from my podcast about the History of Transport in Manchester but she also put that I need better feedback from my interviewees and this will help me if I was to do this podcast again.

Unit 43.2 Audience Research Target Audience
In this blog post I will be speaking about my target audience for my podcast, The Audience of my podcast will be 50+ because the podcast will be about the history of Manchester and also because the podcast will be about the changes over the last 50 years this is another reason why my podcast is aimed at 50 years or above and also it will benefit me because with aiming the podcast at ages 50 or above I will be able to find out a lot of interesting information about the changes of transport over the last 50 years. Another reason that my product is aimed at this audience is when I will be interviewing people the older generation will be able to tell me stories about how they got trams 50 years ago and what is was like transport during the 1950's and you can get good detail from the older generation when it comes to getting answers to your questions because there is no point interviewing someone who is 21 about transport in the 1950's because you will not be able to get good detailed answers and that is why my podcast is aimed at ages 50+.

Unit 43.2 Market Research Research Codes and Conventions Radio 5 live
On Radio 5 live they are creating a morale panic by speaking about the biggest story of the day which is the Nuclear Power plant go ahead and also the news headlines and Npower putting there energy bills by 10.4 percent. They are creating morale panics with this with the Energy bills going up radio 5 live will create a morale panic with this by saying that if Npower do this that will mean that other big energy companies will rise there prices. Also with the Nuclear Power plant they are creating a morale panic with this by saying that for the first time there is going to be the first Nuclear Power Plant is being built in the UK and that prices are going up with the energy prices. There is Impartuality on Radio 5 live which is where the presenter doesn't have an opinion for ether side. There is subjectivity on Radio 5 live which is where the presenter doesn't test his opinions against the facts. Radio 5 live is biased because when the presenter is on Radio 5 live the presenter Victoria Derbyshire will not be able to say something or go against there company they have to be in favour of something because they will have restrictions in what they can say so they will have to be in favour of Radio 5.Unit 43.2 Market Research Codes and Conventions Radio 2
Radio 2 Keith Duffy picks the Tracks of My Years
Radio 2 us also presenter lead and the one I listened to was lead by Ken Bruce. There is music at the start of the Radio Broadcast but not after that. There is a sting at the start saying this is Radio 2 with Ken Bruce and also there is music at the start to introduce the Radio Program. There is also music at the start and because it is a music radio show. There is Objectivity which means Ken Bruce doesn't have an opinion for ether side of the argument he will just be asking questions to the celebrities for ether side. There is subjectivity in Radio which is where they do not test there opinions against the facts and will go by the facts. When there is for example a debate on Radio 2 there will be two sides of an argument one side will be arguing for one side and the other will be arguing there point. There is also Accuracy with the news that they tell you about celebrities. There is also Impartuality which is where the presenter doesn't have an opinion for ether side. On Radio 2 there is a balance in the arguments which is where the two sides of the argument are fair.
Unit 43.2 Market Research Codes and Conventions Talksport
Talk Sport
On talksport they talk about the main headlines in the football during the week and create a morale panic by this and speak about the main headlines of the week. They will create morale panics from the result during the week with manchester uniteds slow start to the season and will say is it Moyes fault or the players and say are they going to win the league this year. They will create anther morale panic by speaking about the results in the week like are Arsenal ready to win the league and is there team good enough to do it and will speak into detail about them and there team. On Talk sport Radio show there isn't Objectivity because they do test there opinions against for example if Agureo has scored 10 goals and Suarez has scored 14 they will compare them and see who is better out of the two. The Talksport podcast isn't biased against any football teams or biased views there all fair points that they make on the podcast. There is impartualtiy because the presenter doesn't have an opinion for ether side. On the Talksport Radio show it is balanced and shows that there are tow sides to the argument on there.

Unit 43.2 Market Research Codes and Conventions Radio 5 Live Sport
Radio 5 Live Sport
BBC Radio 5 live has different programs and the one I listened to was Presenter lead by Mark Chapman. There is a Sting at the start of the radio show saying this is Radio 5 live Match of the Day 2 Extra with Mark Chapman and after this it will then tell you what is coming up on the show. There is objectivity which means that Mark Chapman will not have an opinion for ether side they will go by the facts from what they have been told before the show. There is accuracy on Radio 5 live which is all the information that he gets off his guests or statistics before the show are accurate. There is also Impartuality which is where the presenter doesn't have an opinion for ether side so if there is a debate going on between the 3 guests on the show Mark chapman won't have a opinion he will just keep on asking the questions. On Radio 5 live Match of the Day extra there is a balance in the arguments which is where the two sides of the argument are fair.
